Acceptance of these terms

By using this website, submitting a booking, making a payment or using services at NextGen Gaming, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not complete a booking.

About NextGen Gaming

NextGen Gaming is a family-run physical console gaming lounge managed by Tarunpreet Singh and Malkit Singh. We provide hourly PlayStation gaming, multiplayer sessions, slot pre-booking, tournaments, community events and optional food or snacks at our Pinjore location.

Bookings and confirmation

• Customers must provide accurate name, phone and booking details.
• A slot is reserved only when the website displays a successful booking confirmation and, where online payment is enabled, the required advance payment succeeds.
• Availability can change until confirmation is completed.
• Bookings are for the selected setup, date, start time, duration and number of players.

Charges and payment

Current gaming prices and the advance amount are shown on the Pricing page and during booking. The standard advance is ₹50 per player unless a different amount is displayed. The advance is adjusted against the final session amount. Food, tournament entry and other optional services are charged separately.

Arrival, late entry and no-shows

Please arrive before the booked start time. Late arrival does not automatically extend a session because another customer may hold the following slot. A customer who does not arrive and does not contact us may be treated as a no-show under the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Lounge conduct and equipment

• Treat staff, other customers, controllers, consoles, screens and furniture respectfully.
• Harassment, abusive conduct, illegal activity, deliberate damage or disruption is not permitted.
• Customers may be charged the reasonable repair or replacement cost for deliberate or negligent damage.
• Outside software, unauthorised devices, cheats or attempts to alter console or network settings are prohibited.

Age and supervision

Children and younger visitors should attend with the knowledge and permission of a parent or guardian. Game access may be limited according to the title’s age rating, applicable rules and staff judgment.

Games, internet and service availability

Games, online services, internet connectivity and specific setups can occasionally become unavailable because of maintenance, publisher services, technical faults or circumstances beyond our control. We may offer another setup, reschedule the session or provide an appropriate refund when we cannot deliver a confirmed service.

Food and third-party services

Snack availability may change. Customers should tell staff about known allergies before ordering. Payment processing, maps and other website features may be provided by third parties under their own terms and privacy policies.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, NextGen Gaming is not responsible for indirect loss, personal belongings left unattended, third-party outages or losses caused by a customer’s failure to follow these terms.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms when services or legal requirements change. Updated terms apply from the effective date displayed on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to the appropriate courts and consumer forums having jurisdiction in Haryana.
