Service Delivery Policy
NextGen Gaming provides time-based gaming and related services at its physical lounge in Pinjore. No physical product is shipped for a gaming-slot booking.

Customers select a gaming setup, date, start time, duration and number of players. The gaming service is delivered in person at NextGen Gaming, Shop No. 13, JK Shopping Complex, Bitna Road, Near Raunak Hotel, Pinjore, Haryana – 134102.
Booking confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed when the website displays a booking-confirmation message and reference number. Where online advance payment is enabled, successful payment may also be required. Customers should retain the booking number and provide it when requested.
Delivery time
The service begins at the confirmed booking start time and continues for the selected duration. Customers should arrive a few minutes early. Late arrival does not automatically change the end time because the following slot may belong to another customer.
No shipping or courier delivery
Gaming bookings, multiplayer sessions and tournament participation are services delivered at the lounge. Nothing is sent through courier or postal delivery. Any on-screen or electronic confirmation is proof of reservation, not a shipped product.
Setup and game availability
We make reasonable efforts to provide the confirmed setup and requested games. If a technical issue prevents delivery, we may offer an equivalent setup, extend or reschedule the session where possible, or provide an appropriate refund under the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Food and snack orders
Available food and snacks are arranged for consumption at the lounge and charged separately. Availability can change, and customers should disclose known allergies before ordering.
